Welcome to another issue of the Pfannenberg e-Newsletter. Today we would like to present our newest developement on the filterfan market, the 4th Generation of Pfannenberg filterfans ... the extra servicefriendly filterfans!
In close cooperation with switchgear cabinet and machinery manufacturers operating in various market segments, we not only created new, extra servicefriendly filterfans, but also made an important step towards a new world standard.

With the innovative 4th Generation filterfans, Pfannenberg offers you real competitive advantages. The development of the new generation includes of course all national and international norms and standards e.g. TÜV, NEMA, UL and GOST. In addition, there are the classical attributes of the Pfannenberg filterfans such as flat modern industrial design and easy assembly without the need for tools due to the patented 4-corner fastening system
(“Click and fit!”). Easy maintenance is also achieved. Ten applied for patent innovations and registered designs assure that the new 4th Generation filterfan is unique. |

New patented filter mat
and louvre design
Contrary to regular IP 55 filterfan-systems, the new Pfannenberg IP 55 solution does not reduce the air throughput of the system. Due to an optimized air routing and innovative, patented filter mat design, the Pfannenberg 4th Generation
filterfans not only provide an 100% increase of air throughput at IP 55 but also a longer service life, resulting in less maintenance downtime.

- 100% increase of air throughput at protection rating IP 55
- The patented louvre design provides a particle pre-separation at the top of the lamellas. A significant amount of dust or water is kept from contaminating the filter mat.
