Welcome to another issue of the Pfannenberg e-Newsletter. Today we would like to introduce the Pfannenberg flashing alarms of the CWB-ATEX series. These flashing alarms are especially designed to provide
visual alarm signals within atmospheres containing explosive gases or combustible dusts hence working enviroments categorized as Ex zones 2G, 2D, 3G and 3D (previsouly zone 1 and zone 2, zone 21 and zone 22).

Various mouting options combined with an excellent power rating
The various mounting options and the excellent durability of the product, after 8.000.000 flashes still 70% light emission, are providing a broad range of applications for the CWB-ATEX.

Excellent protection rating and rugged design
The protection rating IP 66 and the rugged design combine into an extremely reliable product for roughest working conditions. The flashing alarms are equipped with a saltwater-proof aluminium enclosure and a polycarbonate globe hence are especially designed for applications in chemical or petrochemical plants and on offshore facilities.
